Sponsorship Levels
Annual Sponsorship Types
Platinum Sponsorship - $5,000 (non-exclusive)
Primary recognition at the Annual Chapter Reception held each year during Expo Expo or the event of your choosing
(Excluding Golf Tournament):
• 2 complimentary registrations for sponsoring company at each SWIAEE Event (excluding the Golf Tournament)
• 2 complimentary show organizer registrations at each SWIAEE Event (excluding the Golf Tournament)
• Recognition in all pre event marketing materials including your logo and a link to your website when applicable (SWIAEE Newsletter and SWIAEE Chapter Website)
• Recognition on event signage
• Sponsor Ribbons for name badges
• Opportunity to provide greeters at the door
• Opportunity to display your company information in the registration area
• Introduction of speaker (when applicable) and podium time to highlight your product or service at event (max 5 minutes)
• Reserved VIP table with Speaker and SWIAEE Chapter Board (when applicable)

• First right of refusal for continuation of sponsorship up to two years

Gold Sponsorship - $2,500 (non-exclusive)
Primary recognition at the educational or networking event of your choice (excluding Annual Chapter Reception & Golf Tournament):
• 4 complimentary registrations for sponsoring company
• 4 complimentary show organizer registrations
• Recognition in all pre event marketing materials including your logo and a link to your website when applicable (SWIAEE Newsletter and SWIAEE Website)
• Mention as the event sponsor on any voicemail invitations relating to your event
• Recognition on event signage

Brian Moriarty Scholarship - $2,500 (Exclusive)
Each year the IAEE Southwest Chapter awards one (1) student pursuing a degree in hospitality industry. The student must be a senior in high school, must have a financial need, and must have a grade of B or above.
Primary recognition as the exclusive sponsor:
• 2 complimentary registrations for sponsoring company for any SWIAEE function
• 2 complimentary show organizer registrations for any SWIAEE function
• Recognition in all pre event marketing materials including your logo and a link to your website when applicable (SWIAEE Newsletter and SWIAEE Website)
